-Half pound of spaghetti
-Two cans of tuna
-Half a pounf of broccoli
-Half a pound of tomatoes
-Green bell pepper
-Three cloves of garlic
-Two onions
-Oil to taste
Preparation:
-The spaghetti is cooked in boiling water.
-Cook in another pot the steamed broccoli.
